• What is Yoga?
• How to attain its benefits?
• Ashtanga Yoga and the eight limbs
• Overview of primary series- Yoga Chikitsa
• Ujjayi, Bandhas, Dristi
• Guided Yoga class with personalized adjustments
This course is for you if:
•You want a more personalized assistance on the correct alignment of postures
•You want to tap into some fundamental concepts like Bandhas or Yoga Sutras
•You are just curious about what yoga is and its philosophical aspects
