I wanted to send some updated information to you on some new yoga classes in Townsville, The Strand Headland and Magnetic Island. 

Dawn yoga on the Strand, led by Meredith Starck, Tuesday -Thursday at 6 am

I am always happy to have my longtime teacher, Paddy McGrath who will teach Saturday -Sunday dawn classes at 6am on the Strand.

Both Paddy and Meredith, are interested in teaching yoga in the elements, we feel committed to providing a early morning practice. 

Additional classes held at Belama House, Horseshoe Bay, Magnetic Island yoga sessions are with Meredith Starck

Friday 9.30am & Saturday 7:45 am  Chakra yoga dance

Monday with Paddy McGrath, Dancing Spine, 7:45 am.

For many years I have continued to teach at the Townsville Womens Center, this class has evolved to incorporate a practice open to all women. These classes are free, a gold coin donation to the Women's Center is always appreciated. Presently, these sessions are at 10am Tuesday morning, 52  Patrick Street, Aitkenvale.

I have spent a lot of time over the last year traveling, teaching and training in my favorite holistic approach, yoga practice a dance of fluidity. Looking forward to seeing you in the practice. 

Island yogis - some class changes for the near future:
- Tuesday evening Yin Yoga this week could be blown out, please check before heading down on the day
- Saturday morning Ashtanga is canceled on June 10th for the Palm Creek Folk Festival.

May, June July on the Strand, Saturdays and Sundays starting May 29th
Saturdays 7.30-9am beginners,
Sunday 7.30-9am experienced.
Drop-in class $18, 4-class pass $64.


On Magnetic Island, Belama House, Mondays starting May 29th - Monday 7.45-9.15am, general class, $15.


On Magnetic Island, Nelly Bay, monthly special masterclasses for TEACHERS or ASPIRING TEACHERS - Thursday 9-10.30am, May 26, June 1, July 6, August 3.
