Hello island yoga family! After a month of practice with my guru in India and two weeks of teaching in China, I'm excited to be on my way home! Here are the class times, beginning with: Saturday April 22 Ashtanga 9.30-11 Tuesday April 25 Hatha 9-10.15  Saturday morning Ashtanga class will take a break for Easter on Saturday April 15th. See you on the 22nd!
